Success Reporting

Convergent provides daily success reporting in graphical format, making it easy to identify trends and deviations from standard. Daily success reporting is an easy way to view successes as well as any behind the curve days to see where extra efforts should be deployed. Success reporting provides:

• Daily, weekly and monthly trends
• Analysis of daily pay rates, high and low peaks of accounts listed, and credit score movement trends
• Daily and weekly snaps of any day’s performance, including whether that day is trending above or below target pacing. Should we see snaps that are trending below bar line, we can immediately set a course correction plan to close performance gaps, then track and measure progress.
