Convergent Revenue Cycle Management, Inc. Promotes Will Richter to Senior Vice President of Client Management

Appointment Continues Strategic Initiative to Enhance Client Customer Service

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – June 9, 2015 – Convergent Revenue Cycle Management, Inc., a national provider of healthcare revenue cycle management and patient access solutions to top hospitals, has announced that Will Richter has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Client Management. Richter has been working for Convergent for 12 years and most recently served as Senior Account Executive on the client management team, where he oversaw many high profile client engagements.

In his new role, Richter is responsible for providing leadership to the client management team, developing growth strategies for clients, and providing the strategic vision for the continued enhancement of client services.

Before his new appointment, Richter successfully held numerous roles at Convergent. He spent five years working in the company’s operations function, where his expertise encompassed management of problematic healthcare claims and payers, workers’ compensation and motor vehicle claims reimbursement, and provider contracting and appeals strategies. After that, Richter worked his way to becoming the Senior Managing Attorney with the problem claims department before ultimately making the transition into the client management area.

Richter graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, and he received his law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. He regularly presents workshops and training for health systems and professional healthcare organizations across the country. His professional memberships include the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM).
