Have you been contacted by one of our representatives? Usually, our representatives reach out about and resolve collections issues over the phone, so chances are your initial contact with us may have been through a telephone call.

With over twelve offices across the country, we have multiple phone numbers for call volume and logistical purposes. The following are some of the phone numbers our representatives use:

If you want to respond to a call from our representatives, you may dial the Convergent number which called you initially or call our 1-800 number, 1-800-444-8485.

If you’ve received a call from Convergent Outsourcing but don’t recognize any of the above phone numbers, that’s okay. There are additional numbers our representatives use. If you would like to verify the number calling you is a Convergent number, or if you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 1-800-444-8485 or contact us through our online contact form to speak with a helpful representative.

Receiving Calls in Error?

If you are receiving calls from one of our numbers in error and would like the calls to stop, you may do so in one of the following two ways:

• Simply call our dedicated phone number removal line (toll free) at 1-855-728-9701 and follow the guided prompts. Please note once this information has been updated, it may take 24 to 72 hours to finalize your request. We appreciate your time and patience.
• Visit our Do Not Call List to stop calls from our representatives. Though we do not require any information in addition to your name and phone number in order to stop calls, we encourage you to be as specific as possible about the calls you are receiving and why you would like them to stop in the Details section of your request.
