Michael A. Micek
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Micek, CPA, has more than 30 years experience in the business process outsourcing and financial management industries. Prior to partnering with Silver Oak Services Partners to acquire Convergent, Mr. Micek has experience as an entrepreneur, a corporate executive, a certified public accountant (Deloittte & Touche) and a banker (Wells Fargo). From 1988 to 2002, Mr. Micek was Chief Financial Officer of West Corporation, a leading provider of business process outsourcing services, focusing on direct marketing, customer support, customer care, conferencing, and receivables management.
Mr. Micek is an investor in Silver Oaks Services Partners and is a Silver Oak Services Executive Partner.
