ERS Relocates, Upgrades Phoenix Call Center
PHOENIX, AZ — ERS has relocated its Phoenix call center to a new facility. As part of the move, the Phoenix facility will specialize in utility accounts. Existing telecom accounts will be moved to the Seattle call center, where we have developed telecom into a core strength. Kelly Browning-Rand, who has been with ERS for 15 years, 12 years of which have been in Phoenix, has been named Manager of the Phoenix Collection Center. “After careful analysis we decided that Phoenix could best serve our goals and our client’s needs as a call center dedicated to utility work,” said ERS President Steve Hunter. “By making this change, we have been able to improve the efficiency of both the Phoenix and Seattle call centers.”
